Journal Entry 19 [Backdated to September 9th, 2010 Afternoon. Audio post. Locked to Alyssa.]

My dear,

There has been a change in plans. I am abandoning my disguise as Remington. I have found another objective that is worth while. This boy has the power to delete beings and object with a mere touch. And even better, he is emotionally fragile and easily manipulated. I believe with some time, he can be a useful weapon.

I will need time however. He is planning to run away from the Hyperion sometime soon. Once he does, I will wait until he is out of the city and convince him to come with me to my lab. There, I shall begin the process of turning him into my weapon.

With time, he will be far more useful than any information I could have learned at DATS. I will cover my exit as Remington the best I can. I will merely have him "leave" for a while, saying he needs time to think about his role in this world. That should buy me time.

I await your response my dear.

I see. This boy does sound like he has promise. If you can learn how he does this act, even better.

However, on my end there is a problem that I fear needs to be dealt with soon.

I will do my best with the boy.

What is this problem? Perhaps I may be of assistance.

I first need to explain a bit about the world I come from. About five years ago from my perspective, A planet called Naju drifted into the Sol system. Naju harbored a race of ever evolving, all consuming, unstoppable aliens known as the Naju invaders.

Earth's forces did everything in their power to try to protect their planet, but they couldn't even get near the planet, much less attack it, before Naju's defense system destroyed them. For all intents and purposes, it looked like Earth was just going to be another victim in a long series of victims that had spanned the universe.

However, my sister, Miria, was not going to have that. She charged Naju, and actually managed to make it to the surface of the planet. From there, She faced the horrors inside one by one until she had successfully destroyed the planet. She then was confronted by "IT", the Naju Invader's leader and a being may races around the universe called a "god of destruction". Miria faced him, and despite being grossly underpowered compared to him, she defeated him.

It is nearing the point in Miria's life that this incident should occur. However, I can not let that happen while she is still aligned with those who are corrupt. If she were to return as she is now, our side would be facing the same force of nature that destroyed Naju.

I need to either find a way to turn her to our side, or destroy her before she can fulfill her destiny.

I see. The first step would be to find a way to get her alone with you and I so that we may try to convert her.

Should that fail, we need a sure plan to kill her. I do not suggest we use a frontal approach though. We need something to distract her and a plan to crush her, should she not see things our way.

I have experience converting Fukushima HSATs to my way of seeing things. It isn't easy, and Miria so far has proven to be more resistant then other ones. Being up front with her won't work, and brain washing won't either. Fukushima's are incredibly stubborn.

However, what I have learned though is that there is one surefire way to convert a Fukushima. Betrayal.

I see. Betrayal does tend to get one to change one's outlook on things. Is one of her allies secretly a double agent, or some such? Do you plan to expose a betraying "friend"?

Provided you wouldn't mind lending me a hand, I have particular target in mind: Daigo Kazama.

He has adopted Miria as his "Brother" from what I have gathered. However, before he was with DATS, he worked with the Dark Area as a slave camp leader. Even now he is still under probation for that, and is not completely trusted.

With your help, I would like to brainwash him and pit him against Miria.

Hmmm...with the proper spell and my mental ring I could get him to obey our commands. We could easily force him to attack Miria. Then you can try to convert her, or we have this Daigo kill her for us. Either way, the plan will work. We will just need Daigo to lure Miria into a trap and then spring it on her.

Very well, lets start making preparations. Daigo is currently located in Neon, so getting him by himself should be easy.

I shall prepare the mental ring with the strongest curse I can muster at the moment. I can't weaken myself too much right now, due to the boy. But I may be able to layer the ring with curses. I will also need to recharge my Warp Rings. I should have that done this evening.
